We’re living through really intense and challenging times. A lot of us feel burned out, stuck in a loop, overwhelmed, drained, pulled in a thousand directions. And often, the chorus of outraged voices inside our own minds can be even louder than the cacophony raging in the world outside us.

What if we could turn all that noise into something meaningful and harmonious? Underneath the clamor, there’s an important story that wants to be told.

And that’s where my experience as a storyteller and film director comes in.

This is your life; only you get to direct it. And what does a confident, courageous, inspired director do? Identify the themes. Understand the characters. Shape the story arc. Steer the narrative. Recognize the metaphors. Manage the pacing. Make tough decisions. Collaborate, delegate, and dream something fabulous into existence.

Let’s empower you to direct the shit out of this fierce, astonishing life of yours.

Once upon a time, I made a music video on treadmills with a rock band called OK Go — and just like that, the world noticed. That moment opened the door to two decades of creative storytelling: dance, performance, feature film. I’ve always been drawn to the invisible currents moving underneath the surface: motivation, meaning, rhythm, transformation.

At heart, I’m a maker and a meddler — I love figuring things out, getting messy in the middle, and helping people distill chaotic clutter into craft. That’s why filmmaking and coaching go so well together. I want to use my creative brain and imagination to help you solve problems, spark momentum, navigate the plot twists, and keep track of the big picture.

Using intuition, archetypes, and parts work, let’s get curious about the unique cast of characters inside you — the bold ones, the scared ones, the silenced or forgotten ones — and invite them to collaborate. Let’s harness resources and opportunities that support your vision so that you can thrive, even in turbulent, uncertain times.
